## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED THAT THE FORWARD F/A FLASHLIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND CONNECTOR FOR FOWARD F/A FLASHLIGHT CHARGER LOOSE. MAINTENANCE RECONNECTED IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
