CREW REPORTED THAT THE AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
