CREW REPORTED THAT THE FLIGHT DECK EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FLIGHT DECK EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
