WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS OUT OF SERVICE, A CRACK WAS FOUND ON LT ELEVATOR O/B RIB. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RIB IAW SRM 51-43-02. AIRCRAFT REMAINS OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK COMPLETION.
