## Discrepancy

WHILE ACFT WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY MAINT, MAINT FOUND AFT PAX DOOR SLIDE BACK BOARD CRACKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT PAX DOOR SLIDE IAW AMM 25-65-01. ACFT REMAINS OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK COMPLETION.
