WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK, MAINTENANCE WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL L1 DOOR EMERGENCY ESCAPE SLIDE SAFETY PIN. EMERGENCY ESCAPE SLIDE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW AMM 25-65-01.
