WHILE IN HEAVY CHECK - RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RIB 11 CRACKED BETWEEN FRONT AND MID SPAR AT SECOND TO LAST FASTENER FROM THE FRONT AS MARKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIB 11A RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER REF SRM 51-40-08.
