## Discrepancy

MAJOR REPAIR TO FORWARD FUSELAGE AFT PLUG SKIN WITH THROUGH DAMAGE LOCATED BETWEEN FR 21-FR 22 AND STRG 20-STRG 21.  IMPACT DAMAGE FROM TUG WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS PARKED.
