FOUND FWD PASSENGER DOOR EVACUATION SLIDE TO BE PARTIALLY DEPLOYED AT EAMS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED DOOR SLIDE.  AIRCRAFT IN HEAVY CHECK IN BNA, REF EAMS WO H7734 SN 302 FOR WORK PERFORMED.
