DURING HEAVY MAINT CHECK FOUND RT WING SPAR 1 CRACKED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT WING SPAR 1 AT WINGTIP ATTACHMENT, IAW EMB SRM 51-40-08, 51-23-06.
