UPON ARRIVAL, L1 DOOR SLIDE CAME OFF THE DOOR ONTO THE JETBRIDGE WHEN THE GATE AGENT OPENED THE DOOR. SLIDE IS STABLE, WRAPPED UP, AND NO INFLATION.  R&R EMERGENCY SLIDE AT L1 DOOR.
