ABNORMAL SMELL/BURNT FUMES IN COCKPIT AND CABIN. NO SIGN OF SMOKE OR FIRE OR HOT SPOTS. DECLARED EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND LH RECIRC FAN CB TRIP. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH RECIRC FAN AND LICC K5 RELAY.
