FO OUTER WINDSCREEN CRACKED AT FL350. ON GOING VISIBLE ELECTRICITY FLOWING AROUND CRACKS. WINDSHIELD OVERHEAT EICAS MESSAGE. DECLARED EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED R/H COCKPIT WINDSHIELD.
