PACK 1 FAIL IN CRUISE, HAPPENED SHORTLY AFTER SMOKE IN FLIGHT DECK. DECLARED EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  SMOKE IN CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK WHILE HOLDING AT 6000 FT. DECLARED EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. PERFORMED BLEED SYS 1 IN IDLE CONDITION OPERATIONAL TEST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED ACM 1.
