WHLE ON HEAVY CHECK - RH WING LOWER INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SKIN WAS FOUND CRACKED AT RIB 12 BETWEEN SPEAR 1 AND STRINGER 18-19. SEEN THROUGH PANEL 631 AB AND WAS CONFIRMED WITH HFEC.
