## Discrepancy

LEAD ACID BATTERY HAS WEAK POWER OUTPUT.  VOLTAGE DROPS TO 15-16 VOLTS DURING STARTS AND SHOWS A CONSTANT HIGH RATE OF CHARGE IN-FLIGHT.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
