## Discrepancy

TORQUE INDICATOR UNIT INOPERATIVE.  WILL NOT POWER DOWN CORRECTLY AND READS 5 PERCENT HIGHER THAN ECU.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
