LEAKING BEYOND SERVICEABLE LIMITS.  TUBE IS NO BENT BUT IS LEAKING FROM THE SWEDGE AND BRAZING AT (T) END.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
