## Discrepancy

CYCLIC WOULD NOT MOVE FORWARD IN FLIGHT.  PILOT REPORTS 7 TO 8 LBS PRESSURE TO MOVE CYCLIC.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
