## Discrepancy

TRIPLE RPM INDICATOR, UNIT INOPERATIVE.  OUT OF BOX FAILURE.  NR 2 NEEDLE READS 12 PERCENT LOW.   REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
