## Discrepancy

UNIT INOPERATIVE.  INTERNAL SHORT CIRCUIT.  REGISTERS 1 OHM RESISTENCE WHICH INDICATES NO ELECTRICAL FLOW TO THE BULB.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
