## Discrepancy

STARTER GENERATOR - UNIT INOPERATIVE.  ENGINE WOULD NOT START.  REPLACED BRUSHES AND STILL NO START.  NR1 WOULD NOT RISE HIGHER THAN 7.6 PERCENT.  MADE LOUD SOUND.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
