UNIT INOPERATIVE, NO MAST MOMENT INDICATION.  ADVISED BY AEC TECHNICAL SERVICE TO REPLACE UNIT.  REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT FROM KIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
