TACHOMETER INDICATOR INOPERATIVE.  READS 360-370 RPM GROUND.  READS 380-390 RMP IN-FLIGHT.  ADJUSTED INDICATOR TWICE WITHOUT SUCCESS. REPLACED WITH NEW UNIT, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
