DURING SCHEDULED NR 1 CHECK, FOUND CIRCUMFERENTIAL FRAME BENT AND HOLE TORN AT FS 654, 5-50.  REPLACED FRAME TIP AS PER SRM 51-2-12, M-54 NR 246.
