7490-STL- NOSE WHEEL STEERING CAME OFF STEERING RACK, CREW TRIED TO CORRECT USING DIFFERENTIAL POWER AND BREAKING RESULTING IN NOSE TIRE DEFLATION.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED NOSE TIRES, ROTATED NOSE GEAR AND PINNION TO ENGAGE RACK.
