## Discrepancy

FLT NR 3503- PIT- ENGINE 2 WOULD NOT SPIN WITH APU OR CROSSBLEED.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 2 AIR TURBINE STARTER.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
