## Discrepancy

DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT COVER WAS OFF AND THE LIGHT PANEL WAS HANGING LOOSE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND INSTALLED THE LIGHT PANEL AND PLACE THE LIGHT COVER ON AN NEF.
