AUTO AND MANUAL MODE NOT PRESSURIZING ACFT ON ENGINE BLEED OR APU BLEED, IN CLIMB, WITH NO EICAS MESSAGE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE MECHANICAL OUTFLOW VALVE, OPS CHECK GOOD.
