## Discrepancy

WING ANTI-ICE FAILED DURING CLIMB OUT, RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND A LEAK AT PACK.  REPLACED DUAL TEMP CONTROL VALVE, OPS CHECKED WING ANTI-ICE AND PACK SYS, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
