LOUD VIBRATION FROM NOSE AREA AFTER TAKEOFF AND DURING CLIMB, RETURN TO DEPARTURE.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND FWD GPU DOOR OPEN WITH DAMAGED.  MAINTENANCE FOUND NO OTHER HIDDEN DAMAGE AND REMOVED DOOR IAW CDL.
