LANDING GEAR AIR/GROUND FAIL EICAS MSG AFTER DEPARTURE.  INSPECTED AND FOUND NITROGEN SCHRADER VALVE TO BE LEAKING NITROGEN.  R2 VALVE LEAK CHECK GOOD.  PERFORMED GEAR SWING.  OPS CHECK GOOD,  BEFORE R & R VERIFIED VALVE WAS SEALED AND CLOSED, LEAKING INTERNALLY.
