LEFT WINDSHIELD WIPER FLOPPING AND MOVING LATERALLY DURING CLIMB AND LEVEL FLIGHT.  FOUND WIPER OVERHEAD CONTROL PANEL ASSY CONNECTOR OUT OF PLACE AND SECURED IT. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
