## Discrepancy

BLEED OVERTEMP BOTH ENGINES IN ICING CONDITIONS.   PERFORMED HIGH POWER BLEED TEST WITH FLIGHT CREW,  COULD NOT DUPLICATE.   OPS CHECKED GOOD.
