STL - FLT 7458 - BRAKES ARE EXTREMELY WEAK EXCEPT AT VERY LOW SPEEDS, OK WITH ANTI-SKID OFF.  MAINTENANCE CLEANED ALL FOUR ANTI-SKID TRANSDUCERS.  TAXI CHECK REVEALED NORMAL OPERATION.  (W)
