## Discrepancy

STL - FLT 7088 - RT ENGINE ONLY ACHIEVED 82 PERCENT TORQUE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED BLEED AIR GASKETS ON THE RIGHT ENGINE.  GROUND POWER RUNS REVEALED NORMAL OPERATION.  (W)
