STL - FLT 7304 - CAPTAIN'S ALTIMETER FAILED AFTER TAKEOFF AND SO DID THE ENCODING ALTIMETER.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED CAPTAIN'S ALTMETER.  LEAK CHCK AND ENCODING CHECK GOOD.  (Z)
