STL - FLT NR 7430 - LEFT BETA LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH ON TAKEOFF.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED LEFT PROPELLER GOVERNOR.  GROUND RUNS REVEALED NORMAL OPERATION AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.  (M)
