STL - FLT NR 7341 - RIGHT ENGINE ACHIEVED 90 PERCENT TORQUE.  MAINTENANCE RECALIBRATED RIGHT TORQUE SIGNAL CONDITIONER AS PER GARRETT DSC SHEETS.  CHECKED FOR BLEED LEAKS.  GROUND RUN ENGINE PERFORMANCE CHECK GOOD.  NO BLEED LEAKS FOUND.  (M)
