EVV - FLT NR 7423 - LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR O-RINGS (P/N 173M165 AND 134M33206A).  GEAR SWINGS REVEALED NORMAL OPERATION.  (M)
