STL - TRAINING - FLAPS REMAIN AT 35 DEGREES WHEN SELECTED TO 10 DEGREES FOR GO-AROUND.  FLAPS CAME UP ONLY WHEN SELECTED TO ZERO DEGREES.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED FLAP SELECTOR HANDLE.  (X)
