## Discrepancy

IN CRUISE RECEIVED SPEED CLACKER FOLLOWED BY FLAP FAIL MESSAGE.  QRH FOLLOWED, EMERGENCY DECLARED LAND WITH FLAPS AT ZERO UNEVENTFUL.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLAP ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT (FECU) PER BOMBARDIER AMM.  OPERATIONAL CHECK PERFORMED.  (S)
