## Discrepancy

ON APPROACH SELECTED FLAPS 20, RECEIVED FLAP FAILURE MSG WITH FLAPS STUCK AT ZERO.  QRH FOLLOWED DECLARED EMERGENCY WITH AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING.  FOUND FLAPS TO BE OUT OF RIG.  RIGGED FLAPS PER AMM PERFORMED OPS CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS.
