FLAPS FAIL ON APPROACH WHEN SELECTED TO 30.  FOLLOWED QRH, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT INBOARD FLAP ACTUATORS POSITION 1 AND 2 P/N 852D100-19.
