L 14TH DUCT FOUND HEAT SENSING ELEMENT AT CONNECTOR A47WK TO BE GROUNDING ON AIRFRAME.  REROUTED, RESECURED ELEMENT AND OPS CHECKED IAW AMM 36-21-00.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  OK FOR SERVICE.  EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED.
