## Discrepancy

F/O SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER CRACKED/BROKE AFTER TAKEOFF.  STAYED BELOW 200 KTS LANDED INTO MDN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/O'S WIPER BLADE IAW 30-42-09.
