F/O FLASHLIGHT RED LIGHT NOT BLINKING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/O'S FLASHLIGHT BATTERY IAW AMM 25-61-04.  OPC GOOD.  VERIFIED PARTS EFFECTIVITY.
