FA FLASHLIGHT INOP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY TO FA FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM 25-61-04.  NO FIX 'VERIFIED PART EFFECTIVITY'.  REMOVED AND REPLACED FA EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT ASSY IAW AMM 25-61-04.  OPC GOOD. "VERIFIED PART EFFECTIVITY".
