FUEL GRAVITY X-FLOW VALVE WILL NOT OPEN INOP.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF GRAVITY X FLOW VALVE IAW AMM 28-13-16.  OP CHECK GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE.
