AT FL 310 F/O SIDE WINDSHIELD CRACKED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED F/O'S WINDSHIELD IAW AMM 56-11-01.  PRESSURE CHECK GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE.  VERIFIED PART EFFECTIVITY.
